How do I place an order
To place an order you have to ask for quote. This includes the number of kits you want and where you want them delivered to. Make sure you provide both so that you get a full quote for shipping, customs and duties for the country you want it delivered to. Just to let you know there is a minimum order quantity of 20 kits (per kit style). Once you have got your quote, you will be emailed a link to finish the payment either via credit card or invoice. 50% of the total invoice is payable at the time of ordering, and 50% on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country. The shipping will be worked out once you have placed your quote request.
What are the duties and taxes?
You have to pay duties and taxes are payable when importing goods into another country. Each country has a different amount of duties and taxes to pay. How much you will have to pay will be based on the total order cost once you have played your request for a quote.
Can I add a logo onto my kit?
You can put your cricket logo on the bats and the stumps - this is optional and is free. It must be a cricket logo and non-commercial. Please upload your logo at the time of placing your request for a quote.
Can I add extra pieces of equipment to my order?
If you would like to order extra pieces of equipment eg, extra bats and balls, please make a note on your request for a quote and we will include it in your final quote.
Can my order be delivered to multiple locations?
Each order can only have one delivery address. So if you need kits to be sent to different locations, you will need to create multiple quote requests.
What is the minimum or maximum number of kits I can order?
The minimum number of kits that can be ordered on any one quote request is 20. There is no maximum number of kits that can be ordered.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be shipped by sea, so please allow up to 12 weeks. Our customer service team will keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
Can orders be changed or amended after I place the order?
Once you have approved your quote and paid your 50% deposit, you cannot change your order.
